5. Can you arrange the transportation for us?

Yes. We also help you to arrange all kinds of goods can via sea, air or express angency(DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,FedEx etc).We'd like to help you to find the most profitable way.

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier(DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT & FEDEX).
For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, either by air or sea.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.

7. What  is your usual payment term for orders?

We accept payment by Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer(T/T) or Western Union or Money Gram or Alipay, Credit Card in advance.  


8. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.

Except for batch orders,we also accept smaller orders especially for the new customers. But hope you can let us know your possibly quantity in your enquiry.

10. What's the warranty(after sell service) of your products? 

Pls note, as universal policy, Warranty is only offered to products non-human damaged.

2 years for MP3 MP4 ,Mobile phone and blue tooth headset.  5 years warranty for memory cards. .Durding the warranty validation,if there is any problem  of the quality,the importer can send the goods to the us by post office or EMS,after we got the goods,we will send you a perfect one to you,the transportation fee is shared by both of importer and exporter.
